Dear Thierry,

I have not called your Mom because I do not know what words to use. I am just thankful to her that she entrusted me with your care at the genesis of your story. I have honestly prayed for her strength every single day since this unimaginable unfolding.

You were such a humble, respectful, gentle happy spirit. Every time that I saw you, you had the same smile. I was proud to see the wonderful young man that you grew up to be.

I was very happy to see that you and Courtney became such good friends all on your own so many years later. I know that you came from a God loving God fearing family who instilled good principles in you, and that she was choosing her friends wisely.

Your story was short but impactful, you have fulfilled your purpose here. Now we all give thanks for having gotten to be a part of it at whatever chapter, whatever small part. You've earned your wings because you truly were an angel here among us.
