Terry Lewis Leckliter (Oompa) was born on June 8, 1940 in Tulsa Oklahoma. He passed away on August 7th, 2025 in Roseburg Oregon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Annmarie Hawkins (of 63 Years) and son Lewis Leckliter. Also his step siblings, Stephanie Dolan and Bill Dolan.
