Terry was born on Dec 8, 1954 to Norine and Robert Jackson in Kirksville, Mo.
Terry had a long career with Missouri Dept of Mental Health; starting at age 18 as a hospital attendant. When he was 27, he decided to study at North East Missouri State, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Special Education. Terry …
