Not sure if I did this already, so I'll keep it brief. I first met Terry where he was teaching science at Cecilia Snyder Middle School in Bensalem. He taught both our son and daughter. He made a huge impact on both kids, but more so on our son. Terry would organize whale watches for his students as a learning experience, along with having them muck around in the salt marshes of Massachusetts. Terry decided it might be a good idea to ask some of the student's parents if they would be interested in going. My wife and I went on two of them and it was a wonderful experience. Terry did such a great job in organizing these trips. We became good friends while I was working at the Fairless Hills Pathmark. It was where Terry did a bit of shopping. Trenton Thunder games followed along with Saturday Ivy League Football games in Princeton. The relationship continued to grow as the years passed with getaways to Lancaster, Hershey, and Williamsburg, Va. Throw in some Phillies games, dinners together, lunch in town taking advantage of "Geezer" SEPTA fares. I miss him.
Thinking of you as you celebrate Terry's life. Your family has always been so loving and close. That speaks volumes about Terry's character. Sending you lots of love.
Please accept my condolences on your loss. Terry and I were classmates through out our high school days in the academic section from 1959 to 1963. He was a big-hearted guy who never let his athletic abilities and accomplishments define him. He was a friend to all in our class regardless of who you were. And he had an infectious laugh that made knowing him a pleasure.
