Terry Wayne Franklin, 66, of Independence, Kansas peacefully passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021. Terry was born to Willard Roscoe and Myrtle Marie (Newel) Franklin on June 11, 1954 in Marshall, Missouri.
He worked as a truck driver for Heimsoth Agricultural. Terry served in the Army National Guard and was a well-known and respected member of the American Legion Post 139 in Independence, Kansas. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, farming, fishing …
