So sorry to hear of Terry’s passing. I worked at Huron Valley School in the late 80’s/early 90’s. He was the athletic director when I coached volleyball there. He was always a happy guy and a lot of fun. I remember fun times after school when Terry, Sr. Sarah, Sr. Mary and I went to the playground to practice hitting slow pitch softballs! I hit more home runs that softball season that I ever had before! RIP Mr. Caputo!

I remember Terry when I attended Eastern Michigan University. He was always funny, kind and displayed strong Christian character. Little did I know that years down the road my teens Andrew and Marissa would be able to be touched by him as their teacher and coach. We all loved and appreciated Terry. I only knew Terry from being a softball team mate across a several years and 2 teams. It was easy to tell he was a good person and a fine human being. Also, quite a softball player.

Terry Caputo was such a kind loving soul, he also was a wonderful teacher!Terry truly cared about what was really going on with his students and if there was a problem always wanted to help.My children were his students students and adored him!My children also babysat his kids who meant the world to Terry , he was a really good man and will be dearly missed .We will pray for his family.Mark , Beth,Dean ,and Jill Clancy.
