TERRY BLAKE BRITTON, 60, of Chisago City, MN
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Terry Britton, on September 13, 2023. Born on February 11, 1963, Terry lived an enriching life marked by love, adventure, and a passion for the outdoors.
He was a man of many hobbies, his adventurous spirit always drawing him towards motorcycles, cars, and snowmobiles. Terry had a deep bond with nature, enjoying fishing, boating, and anything else that associated him with water. These activities were not just hobbies for Terry, they were his lifeblood, a testament to his love for the great outdoors.
Terry inherited his resilience and strength from his parents, mother Kathleen Britton, and father Darrell Britton. Their love and teachings remained with him all his life, even after their passing. He was also predeceased by his nephew, Gideon Secord and his beloved grandparents, Adolph and Ella Traff.
In the face of these losses, Terry found great solace and joy in his family – his supportive brothers, Todd Secord and Troy Secord, and his cherished son, Blake Britton. Terry's bond with his brothers was impenetrable, strengthened over the years with mutual respect, love, and shared experiences. As a father, Terry's love for his son, Blake, was expressed in his guidance, protection, and unyielding support. Terry's departure leaves an irreplaceable void in their hearts.
Terry Britton - a brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend, his memory will always be cherished and his spirit unforgettably etched in the hearts of those who loved him.
