Terry Lynn Aaroe (Warren) passed away on Friday, November 20th, 2020 surrounded by her beloved family in her home overlooking Lake Almanor, CA after a brief and valiant battle against cancer.

Terry was a caregiver in the truest sense of the word. She found her calling early in life working as a candy striper while finishing her studies at Gonzales High School (class of 1980). She completed her RN degree at Hartnell College in 1984. Terry worked at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital for 30 years caring for countless patients in the Heart Center. Terry worked part-time in her retirement at Seneca Healthcare in Chester, CA.

Terry enjoyed many creative hobbies in her time off work. She was a fast and accomplished seamstress and quilter. She canned delicious jams from the trees in her garden and salsas from the heirloom tomatoes she cultivated. She was most proud of the beautiful children she created with her beloved husband of 37 years.

Terry is survived by her husband, Jim Aaroe of Lake Almanor, her son Anton Aaroe of Fresno, her daughter Cassandra of New Jersey, her son Kasey and daughter-in-law Tessa Aaroe of Sacramento, her mother Wanda Warren of Lake Almanor, and her sister Sherry Lew (Warren) and brother-in-law Forrest Lew of Susanville. Terry was preceded in death by her father Bob Warren and her brother Jerry Warren.

Services will be a private family ceremony.
