On September 10, 2022, Teri Bartleson of Park Rapids, MN, (formerly of Windsor, NY) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Teri is predeceased by her parents, Bert “Erk” and Dorothy Webb, her father and mother-in-law, Alfred “Jim” and Joyce Bartleson.
