It is with profound grief we announce the death of Terence Smith, fondly known as "Terry", who passed away peacefully on September 12, 2025. Born on November 20, 1958, Terry lived a vibrant and fulfilling life, touching many with his warmth and vivacity.

Terry is survived by his son Robert, daughter-in-law Jessica Smith, his brother Bob, sister-in-law Allison Smith, niece Erin, and nephew Conner Smith. His legacy continues to live through his grandchildren, Jackson and Addison Smith.  Terry is preceded in death by his loving parents Barbara Radomski and Robert Smith.

Terry was a man of many interests and accomplishments, but his love for DJ'ing and his association with GHAMMA stood out among them. He turned his passion for music into something that touched the lives of many, crafting moments of joy and celebration. Terry followed in his father's footsteps and was a dedicated officer to the Harris County Sheriff's Office for 19 years. Terry was also a dedicated fan of the Philadelphia Eagles proudly wearing his jersey while closely following their journey every season. Terry's proudest accomplishments in his life were his son Robert and his grandchildren Addison and Jackson. He enjoyed being a grandpa and spoiling his grandchildren.

Terry's life was a testament to resilience, love, and the pursuit of personal passions. He will be deeply missed by not just his family, but by all who knew him. As we mourn his loss, we also celebrate his life, remembering the joy and happiness he brought into our lives.

May his soul rest in peace as we remember him in our hearts and honor his memory through the lives we live and the love we share.

A Memorial Service will be held for Terry on Sunday, October 12, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. at The Smith Residence in Shepherd, Texas. Please join us for a memorial tree planting ceremony, food, and celebrating the life of Terry Smith.
