Tennille didn't want to be defined by cancer. Instead, she tried to define the disease, Every day she reminded herself and me that she was trying to show Detrick and Evan how to face an adversity. How to play out the hand dealt, even if it was crappy. The ONLY thing we get to control in our lives is our attitude and the 3 feet of space within our grasp, Everything outside that reach was beyond our control, but we COULD control how we respond to it. I don't always remember that, but she did.

Right now, we have no control over the timing of her memorial services. I can tell you that there will be two:
- the first here in Billings
- the second at Patton Schad Funeral Home in Sauk Centre after which we will place her next to her dad, Don.

As we are able to start laying out these plans without interference from COVID-19 restrictions, I will make sure everyone is informed.

On Sunday, April 26th, 2020, Tennille Renee (Ring) Grossman, loving wife and mother, passed at age 43. Taken by a disease she was too young to have, she succumbed after nearly six years of fighting.
