Appreciate this reminder.  We remember Ted often.  He was a good man.

Gary was a classmate of Ted. I met him for the first time in 1985 when he and Liz retired to San Antonio. First it was breakfast at Jim's with other 58ers, then running into them in Bastrop after games and finally almost thirty years football, home and away. Ted knew all the BBQ places and I think we ate at all of them. Fudge was must at halftime and Liz made enough for everyone around us. He was the eternal optimist and didn't like it when someone would critisize the players. He will be missed.

We served with Ted and his family at Kelly AFB in the early 1980s. His capability, dedication, and loyalty were unmatched. We are blessed to have know him, and share the grief felt by his friends and family.

To Ted's family: Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time. We have had the honor and privilege to get acquainted with Ted and Liz by sitting directly in front of them at Aggie Men's basketball for the past few years. We always could count on a Ted to let the referee know when he had made an error in judgement in making a call. When the opposing team member shooting the free throw would miss the shot, Ted would yell "JUSTICE!". We will miss him and pray for healing and peace in this time of grief for all his family.

We were very fortunate and rewarded to have known Teddy and will always remember our shared service at Kelly AFB. Teddy was always the professional, with a real touch of humor and a bright smile that lit up his face and practically masked his eyes. Teddy, Elizabeth, Robert and Lisa were beautiful neighbors and were there when we needed help. We are truly saddened by Teddy's passing and pray that God will comfort Elizabeth and the Family and will help them celebrate his larger that life personality and joyfully recall his dedicated service to his country and community. We have great love and respect for Teddy. So, dear friend, Rest in Peace. The Rhodes Family, Eddie, Marion, Karen, Tracey, Kristy and Stuart.
A wonderful man who loved his wife, kids, and grandchildren! Always saw him at the Pop Warner games and I had the pleasure to know him and of course coach with his son, my friend Rob. Our sincerest condolences from the Peck's. A warm, friendly man in Gods hands now! Dave, Laura, Grayson, & Colton Peck
When I was a Fish in '59 our outfit would gather at the old Fish Fountain in the North Dorm area for Yell Practice and wait for the Band to go by and we'd fall in behind the Band to protect the tuba players bringing up the rear. While we waited Teddy Lowe, who had already graduated, showed up saying, "I've got a fable for you, Ags!
And then he'd draw from his endless supply of stories in which the Aggies always came out on top.
Gig 'Em, Ted. We're ready for another fable.

Ted was employed as a Vice President with Hochheim Prairie Insurance in Yoakum for 11 years (1990-2001). He had a unique spirit; living each day to its fullest, filled with optimism, laughter and a very generous heart. We will be forever grateful for his leadership and friendship. The world will not be the same without him.......a good man is gone.
Liz... I was in Colorado and just returned and hear about your loss... I do know how you feel and my thoughts, love and prayers go out to you, Lisa, Robert and his family... I remember our times at Kelly and Lee and Ted being Aggies and working together... and then seeing you at Aggie baseball games...I am praying God will hold you close as you face the days ahead.... Dear Liz and family,
I had the honor of serving with Ted in various assignments in the Far East, Southeast Asia and Hawaii. He was a great leader, gifted logistician, and always a ton of fun. I'm sure heaven will never be the same after Ted got there! My thoughts and prayers are with you at this most sorrowful time.

From our years as students and Ted as our Head Yell Leader (as well as loyal and occasionally mischievous) waiter at Sbisa Mess Hall, Teddy R. Lowe has remained the consummate Aggie, loyal friend, and essence of hospitality.
Our '58 classmates were always welcome at "his" Yell Leaders' Tailgates, or whenever we met or could visit. I cannot recall ever seeing Ted when he was not dressed in an Aggie uniform of the day, or visiting him (even in recent weeks of trial) when he was not delightfully conversant, smiling, and without complaints.
Though we suffer loss in Ted's departure and share sorrow, love, and prayers with family, classmates, and countless friends, we have been enriched by the life of a unique and special man.
We were very close. My story of my very last telephone conversation with Teddy made me laugh so hard I cried. It was a hilariously situation and Teddy was adamant about continuing our conversation...even though. And so my heart is heavy and the tears came again when I learned Teddy would no longer be around to brighten our spirits and remind us he was truly a one-of-a-kind Texas Aggie. God, please take good care of him. He has been taking care of so many guys and gals for so many years that he’s earned some “special treatment”.
The Class of ‘58 was inspired by the drive and leadership Teddy never lost. I consider it a privilege to have shared Aggie time with him. The world is a better place because he lived in it. I will miss him greatly. I truly share in the family’s loss. Tom Locke ‘58
I am very saddened to learn of Col Lowe's death. A good man that had my greatest respect. I will always have fun memories of him as Director of Distribution at Kelly AFB TX.
Ted was a good man and a generous neighbour. We had the opportunity to enjoy his family, his hospitality, his stories, and words of wisdom for many years. I am proud to have called him my friend and he made many of us better people through his embodiment of friendship, loyalty, and Aggie Spirit.

Thank you for your service sir. You positively impacted many more lives than we can possibly count. You will be deeply missed.
