Ted Evan Phillips, was born on June 27th, in Akron Ohio, 1946 to Betty Jane Yolton and Evan Robert Phillips. He attended and graduated from Brighton High school, Northeastern Institute of Industrial Tech., New England Institute of Technology and Boston Trade High School. Later, he proudly served as a member of the United States Navy for 4 years during the Vietnam War and his occupation was in Marine Mechanics. Followed by his service in …
