Ted Lozano, passed away on April 8th 2021 in his home in San Diego, California at the age of 77.
Ted was born and raised in San Francisco, California. As a young boy Ted and his brother Frank would sell newspapers on the street corner to help his parents Frank Sr and Wanda.
