Ted. S. Elliott, 83, of Anacortes,

died Sept. 13, 1988, at home.

He was born to William and

Georgia Elliott on April 28, 1905, in

Lewis, Iowa, and received his

schooling in that area.

On July 9, 1926, Mr. Elliott mar-

ried Wilma Lary in Cass County,

Iowa. In 1941, the couple moved to

Anacortes and Mr. Elliott was em-

ployed at the Scott Paper Co. He

retired from there in 1968.

He is survived by his wife, Wil-

ma, at home; two sons, William

Elliott of Anacortes and Ted Elliott

and daughter-in-law Bonnie of Bel-

lingham; two daughters, Betty and

son-in-law Roger Morgenthaler of

Anacortes and Barbara and son-in-

law William Merrifield of Ana-

cortes; one sister, (Esther) Virginia 

Kottmeier of Pahoa, Hawaii; 17

grandchildren and 22 great-

grandchildren.

Private family services already

have taken place. Memorials are

suggested to the First Baptist

Church or the American Cancer

Society.

Arrangements were under the

direction of Evans Funeral Chapel

of Anacortes, Wa.
