Tara was such an amazing person in and out. I watched Braylon at the CDC in Missouri and that’s where we met. I fell in love with them both there. Her smile and laugh were contagious. She was the call I made when I thought I was in labor and wasn’t sure. I don’t think I would of made it through that first few months of parent hood without her at the doctors office, her loving my baby and helping me, made it so much easier. She left the world a little brighter anywhere she went. My heart goes out to Rodney and Braylon during this time, and the rest of the family. ❤️❤️

I didn’t know Tara, as I arrived at Moncrief only last year. However, it’s amazing how palpable her presence is among those who did and how amazing a nurse she was. -Josh

Tara was a calm presence - quiet, soft spoken, a smile always. She got a piano after her diagnosis and enjoyed playing. She lived in the moment.
