Tammy Lee hamm 58 , of Syracuse New York,
Entered eternal rest Monday December, 5,2022 . Tammy was a north Syracuse high school graduate and mother of one son Charles zepp jr (Chaz ) 35 from Syracuse, NY
She is the daughter of the late James hamm of West Virginia and survived by her mother Athleen Hamm of port Henry NY , along with her brother James hamm of Liverpool , grand children , Trapper Zepp , Lola Zepp and Canaan Zepp from Charleston SC . Amongst numerous friends and family ,Nieces and nephews.
A wonderful mother and grandmother.
We will always love you !
