Background
My younger cousin Tammy, who was also my friend who also knew me so well, as did i, passed away June 15, 2021. She was always a happy girl with a smile on her face; so very silly! Her heart decided to give out after 3 open heart surgeries and a heart attack. Tammy lost her mother in 2012 and has been battling addiction ever since. She conquered it but her heart didn't. She's finally with her mother but we cant get her all the way there....any help would be greatly appreciated.
