Tammy Sue (Stephens) Derevage, born on August 30, 1962, passed away on March 18, 2025, at IU West Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, with her beloved daughter, Casey, by her side.
Tammy grew up in Speedway, Indiana, with her brother, Mike, where she spent the first 28 years of her life before settling in Mooresville with her husband Jamie Derevage. She cherished the peaceful countryside, finding joy in the sounds of nature and watching hummingbirds.
