I met Tammie for the first time in 2017. Although I do not remember the moment I met her, I remember how genuine, approachable, and pleasant she was during a challenging transitional time for QA at IHG. You see, I worked for the other QA Director at the time, and yet, Tammie and I spoke openly from the beginning and never had any contention. In meetings, she was always positive, listening intently and contributing to the dialogs. When others got animated, she never blinked. I remember my observations of Tammie at this time vividly because I knew she was something special. I moved out of QA, and for a couple of years, we would talk or work together by proxy, chat in the halls, etc. Then, in 2020, Tammie brought me to her team and back to QA, and it was my honor and privilege to work with her.

Tammie was not just my incredible mentor, guide, and friend; she was the guiding force behind the success of all who had the privilege to work on her team, myself included. Her unwavering leadership, boundless wisdom, and genuine care have left an indelible mark on our careers. Her fearlessness in the face of challenges was a constant inspiration. She believed in us, guided us, and pushed us to become the best versions of ourselves. The impact she had on our lives is immeasurable, and her absence leaves a profound void. Her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched. Rest in peace, dear Tammie.

Heartfelt condolences and prayers for the family🙏💔

My condolences to Tammie's family. She was a thoughtful boss when we worked in Maitland, FL. Condolences 🙁🙁🙁♥️

To my dear friend Pat, Tammie’s Mom. Thank you for sharing your sweet daughter with us. She was truly an amazing young woman. You have every reason to be proud.

Right now, you probably feel like your heart is breaking and with good reasons. Your only daughter is resting in death and empty arms are what you’re left with.

Please draw comfort from the fond memories and the loving person Tammie was. Draw comfort from the concerned friends and family who have rallied around you during one of the darkest hours of your life. Draw comfort from the hope of the resurrection. Most of all draw comfort for the fact that Tammie died faithful to your God, my God and her God.

Thank you for sharing her with me and my family. If there is anything we can do for you please know that we are only a phone call away. Love your friend Allyce

Tammie Rose was my first daughter in law. We bonded from the very beginning. Wasn’t hard at all to welcome her into our family. She had all the qualities any mother in law could desire. Her calm easygoing demeanor made it easy to love her n she won my heart as well as the heart of all those who knew her. She became “my daughter from another mother.”

Due to circumstances beyond our control we were separated but never lost touch with each other.

Tammie met with a series of unfortunate events but I never heard her complain. With her faith in tact, that soft spoken, strong young woman moved forward with Jehovah by her side.

She gave me 2 beautiful grandchildren, who for the first three years of their lives were at my house every week. Tammie made sure that we kept in touch throughout the years since then.

To them, I say, “Treasure the moments you had with your Mom ( that amazing woman) and do all you can to be there to welcome her in Paradise. The greatest gift you can give her for being the wonderful MOTHER she was .

Tammie was a leader by all means and she is the strongest individual I have had the privilege to know. Even though she is not amongst us, she will be remembered for her strong, inspiring and benevolent character, which left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered. She was the heart and soul of GQE and she made it a priority to know even the smallest detail about her team and she inspired all of us. It is difficult to accept that we will not be able to confide her for guidance, and we will sometimes feel lost, but we will continue doing our best towards achieving the dream and vision she had for us. She will forever hold a place in my heart, deeply loved and profoundly missed.

Sending my deepest condolences to the family and friends and wishing for strength and comfort during this time of grief.

I truly enjoyed working with Tammie over many years at IHG.  Her loss has impacted so many at our office. We will continue to celebrate her personality, contributions, and memories.  Sending my love to her family at this difficult time.
Tammie was a wonderful co-worker and she will be missed.  My condolences.
I had the great pleasure of working with Tammie for several years at IHG.  She ran a critical function for IHG and did it with empathy, humility and grace while being a mentor and lighthouse for all those that worked with her.  Tammie, you will not be forgotten by your colleagues at IHG and much love and empathy to your family dealing with this terrible loss that has come much too soon.
