Tamara was born to Charles and Mary Shook on July 11th, 1945 in Hickory, NC. As a child, Tamara loved hanging out in the backyard with her pet duck named Andre, and spending time with her friends who would later introduce her to her husband, Webster. Tamara attended Lenoir Rhyne College, and received her Associates in Secretarial Studies. She enjoyed taking …
