I can't remember a time where I've ever seen Mr. Chong without a huge smile on his face! It was very evident how proud he was of his family and dear grand babies! May his soul be at rest and family find comfort in happy memories.

I spent a lot of time with Tae over the years, and besides large holiday meals his favorite times were trips to the shore. I remember one year Tae was stung pretty bad by a jellyfish and he was rubbing sand on it, he never stopped smiling and refused to go to get vinegar or anything. He just started playing in the ocean again with his grandson, my son William.
