Sylvia Finch Wirthlin passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 66. Sylvia was born Sylvia Ann Finch to Elton Finch and Shirley Howard in New Jersey, May 26, 1957. After losing both parents, she moved to Moorpark, California to become part of the loving family of Doug and Cheri Daniels. After graduating high school, she attended University of California, Santa Barbara where she earned a B.S. in Accounting while developing a lifelong …
