Sylvester Tart departed his life on November 16, 2021 at Waynesboro General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS at the age of 61 surrounded by loved ones will strive to honor his memory by living their lives to the fullest.
Sylvester is survived by his son, Sylvester Tart Jr. daughter Donnicia Williams both live in California. His sisters Martha Price in Bossier City, Louisiana, Angela Ballard and Lisa Ballard both in Jackson, MS and Gail Stuckey in Memphis TN . Brother Donald Ray Ballard in Owensboro, Kentucky and grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins .
