Syd was a great guy!!

When I first met him back in 1989. I wasn't to sure about this long haired dude. (Which "Duuuuude" became the catch phrase with the guys) He of course was a super cool guy. 

He would ride his bike over when we lived in the apartments with his bag of beer and smokes. Of course that was a long time ago.lol. 

He & Jonn became great friends. He was over all the time In the 90s and 2000s. 

 Jonn and Syd gave Darla and I nicknames that have stuck with us till this day. Dwnzila & Dargoyle..lol

After Jonns accident he was always visiting him at the hospital. He helped us out a lot when Jonn came home. He was a true friend. 

We all didn't hang out as much over the last 10 years tho.  Health issues and family were more important.  We'd run into him at Walmart or menards sometimes. Catch up and continue on. 

He will never be forgotten. He was very talented with his wood working.

He made Jonn a cane with a tree branch Krystal found. He liked it so much he made himself one too. I also have an original piece Syd made. My gf bought it for my 40th bday. Its on the wall in my kitchen. Its a mamma & baby squirrel inside a knot hole on a piece of wood. I just loved it so much she bought it for me. 

Rest Easy Syd! You will  be missed. Till we meet again. 🙏

 I know Jonn has so many memories that he could tell. That I probably know nothing about. I'm sure if he is seeing this  he is laughing his ass off. 

KISS ,WINGER & SLAUGHTER ..We all too a limo to the show, driver was a really old cool black man... You gave him a a half oz of Some Bud & he took us to the bars till 4 am dancing & having a Awesome time with a bunch of long Haired white boys & said he never experienced anything like it in his 67 years he said lol.. During the show You went into the porta potty on the top on the hill & I caught ya in it & almost pushed u & the porta potty over the hill.. we'll just enough to scare the piss out of you neway haha... Good Memory man...We had a Great nite, one of the best 🙏 😇☝️ .. Till we meet again Brother ..Rest with God 🍻 

Im sad to see this Page isn't helping Darla.. I'm even sadder to say I'm busted now myself but mabey in about a week I can try to help. I don't want my wife to be stuck with all the $ of having to take care of my remains.. that scares the crap out of me & I'm sorry if that's what ur going thru girl... We all need to start caring about 1 another more I think ...Cyd was a good guy.. I had some fun with his old butt
