When I was getting started, months after joining the Union, Swan was the President of Bricklayers & Allied Craft Local 5. I was being scolded by the Elders & Swan called for order, asked me to speak my peace.

Like it was yesterday. He was the first one to my car accident at Weber "Jim! This is Swan.

Was friends with Swan for over 60 years. He was a great man. Always there to offer a helping hand and friendship. My husband met him about 8 years ago and they became fast friends. Our dog, Katie, knew him as Uncle Swan. We will continue to support Becky, Trey and the family. Thank you for welcoming us into the fold Swan. You will be greatly missed.
