I didn’t have the pleasure of knowing Suzanne in person.  Somehow, we met via Twitter well over 10 years ago, and continued our friendship on Facebook.  We often private messaged each other.  She had such a kind heart and was always concerned with how I was doing.  I think of her often.  She is missed.  May her memory be a blessing.

Suzanne was a kind woman with a huge heart. She will be deeply missed. My condolences to her loved ones and family.

My condolences to Suzanne's family. I first met Suzanne when I started at Neiman Marcus in 2000. I learned much  of what I know today from watching her and studying her. She moved across the sales floor with ease and confidence. I would ask Suzanne for fashion help. One memory I have was when Elizabeth Berkeley and Gregg Lauren were looking for mother of the brides dresses for their mothers, I had no idea and asked Suzanne for help. She guided me and showed me what a mother of the bride dress should be and ended up dressing Elizabeth’s mom. Suzanne and I became friends outside from work and I would visit her home, meet her animals and drink champagne. That’s when I met Bob and her son who I am still friends with 24 years later. My thoughts and prayers to both of them. I will always remember Suzanne with fond memories. May you Rest in peace, Suzanne!

Love,

Jay Hernandez
