Suzanne's obituary
Endicott - Suzanne C Peterson, 77, of Endicott (JC), passed away, Fri July 9th, after a valiant struggle with multiple medical ailments. Pre-deceased by parents, Michael and Anna Ripic, brothers Michael, Robert and James (Lettie) Ripic, sisters Barbara (Bill) Reifler and Bea Ripic. She is survived by her loving husband, Edwin (Ed) Peterson. Daughters Cathy (John) Cox and Melissa (Andy) Gamblin. Grandchildren Meaghan (Cody) Freeman, Tabitha (Brandon) Sarantapoulos, Austen (Lyza Durgala) Cox, Sierra Cox (Will Moelder), Justin and Jenna Gamblin. Great grandchildren Riley and Raiden Moelder and Cameron Freeman. Sister Carol Ripic is the lone remaining sibling.
Sue was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will certainly be missed by all. She was a 42-year employee of GE/BAE in JC, retiring in 2008. She enjoyed summertime at Lake Timerline, traveling and gambling.
There will be no calling hours. A funeral service will be held on Friday July 16th @11:30 at 15 Park Street Owego NY 13827.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday July 17th, @1:00 p.m. at Hickories Park in Owego.
