Background
The Brain Tumor Network provided invaluable guidance to Susan's daughters upon her Glioblastoma diagnosis. Founded by a family that had firsthand experience with a loved one with a brain tumor diagnosis, this foundation provides more than just research funding. They provide services to help families navigate the devastation, confusion, and overwhelm that comes along with a brain tumor diagnosis. While disease and treatment research are absolutely integral, supporting the family members that have to navigate and be advocates for their loved one is equally as important. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Susan's honor, as there are so many others out there who have had to endure a similar battle to her own.
