Susan Kay O’Neill, 76, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, February 21, 2020. She was born on December, 6, 1943 to Hubert and Doris Babel in Red Wing, MN. She graduated from Red Wing Central High in 1961 and after graduation went to school to become a nurse. She married George O’Neill in August of 1963 and had four children.
