Susan L. Gutek (Birtic), 69, of Waukegan, IL passed away peacefully on February 16, 2022. Susan grew up in Waukegan, IL, and after graduating from Waukegan High School continued on to University of Illinois, and obtained her nursing degree from St. Anthony's School of Nursing in 1974. Susan devoted her career to helping others as a Registered Nurse, followed by over 20 years in Human Resources at Abbott Laboratories. She enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, supporting …
