Susan Carol Leon, 68, passed away peacefully on the afternoon of August 12th, 2023. She was surrounded by family and Scripture in the days before. She was born in Tucson, AZ, the daughter of Esther Lugarda Gradillas and Albert Ballesteros Leon on October 27th, 1954. Susan retired from PSE after 30 years.
