Susan was born to Mathew and Margaret Kasetlic on December 6, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio. Sue graduated from Wickliffe High School in 1974 and she went on to attend Cleveland State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Sue worked in the disaster relief department as a social worker at American Red Cross from 1980 until moving to Portland, Oregon with her husband, Tim & their daughter, Sara in 1990. Sue continued to work in the field of social services as a social worker and reviewer for the State of Oregon until she retired in 2014. Sue enjoyed music and attending concerts, crafting, jewelry making, and sewing as some of her favorite hobbies. Sue was a lover of all animals and had rescued many different types of pets throughout her life. Sue passed away peacefully at home with her daughter, Sara and Son-in-law, Ryan after battling a long-term illness. Sue will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her family and friends.
