Subodhchandra D. Gandhi, Age 68 passed Saturday April 13, 2019. Born in Ahmedabad, India, he immigrated to Houston, TX in 1980 with his wife Kishori. Soon after, they had their first child, Sagar, followed by their second son Suraj 5 years later.

Subodh’s life had early tragedy with his wife passing in 1988. With the help of his parents and siblings, who he sponsored to emigrate from India, he raised both boys to be successful young men. In 2006, he remarried Nalini Amin, who he lived with in Houston until his passing. Subodh was deeply spiritual, a constant joy and well-loved by everyone he met. As the respected patriarch of the Gandhi Family, he always put his family and others first.

He is survived by his wife Nalini, his 2 sons Sagar (wife Pam) and Suraj, and his granddaughter Sophia.
