I wish we could’ve had more time together.  I miss my friend very much. I feel sad for Cathy and the girls. But their hope is to see him in God’s new world, and for that I rejoice. About 2 years ago he started studying and reading the Bible with me. Each week Steve had more and more excitement in the study. Steve loved talking about the things he was learning. I truly loved Steve. To me he was funny, interesting, polite, kind, respectful, joyful, and so much more. I am saddened so much since his death. He’ll always be in my memories until the day he comes back. Thank you, Cathy, Stephanie and Michelle for being there to the end with my dear friend. He was loved to the end of his life by his girls and for that he was a rich man.

Thank was so nice of you to add Steve Z's name to Steve's obituary.  He was so grateful he got to meet your dad and spend some time with all of you.   Wish we could have had more time together but we would love to keep in touch.  We are so sorry for your loss.  You girls and your mom took good care of your dad.  Sending love to all of you.
