Steven Francis Thomas, born February 20, 1959 to Walter and Eleanor Thomas, passed away at his home in Byron, Georgia on July 4, 2021.

Steve will forever be remembered for his love, humor, and storytelling, as well as his work ethic, athletic achievements, and strength in times of adversity.

He leaves behind his two brothers Mark and Walter Jr., his four children, Ross, Craig, Keaton, and Kali, and his two grandchildren Kellan and Clare.

His family is honoring his request to be cremated, with a private memorial to scatter his ashes in the ocean off of New Smyrna Beach, FL.

He will rest in a place that he held dear to his heart, where he always found peace.

If he could give us all some advice, no matter the problem, he’d say: “Keep your head down and follow through.”
