Sincere condolences to Amanda and the family. I met Steve in 1982 when I joined Conway Data. Steve was literally a genius IT code writer, accomplishing things in primitive data systems that really had not been done before.  We worked hard, played hard, travelled the country together and had a lot of good times! He is missed, R.I.P. Steve.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Our ships passed in Florida, which I remember fondly.
I am so sorry to see this. Steve and I worked together in Tallahassee at Pesco many years ago and he was a very good man.  Rest in Peace Steve
My condolences to Steve's family. I first met Steve when [our families attended Tucker Methodist Church together and we all became dear friends of Elsie and Ed and Steve and Mike. I even shared the basement of their home for several months when our family was moving to CartersvilleGa. Steve was kind and sweet and quiet like me. We always got along well. We stayed in touch on Facebook. He will be missed.

I've known Steve for years and years.  Amanda was still in a baby carrier. This goes back to the Pizza Inn days. We lost touch for awhile and he caught up with me unexpectedly.  He called out of the blue one day and said I was hard to find and that I should use my maiden name on FB along with my married name.  Since that time I have used my maiden name along with my married name.  I was shocked to see this news as we hadn't talked in a while.  He had been on my mind and delayed calling him.  He will be missed.
