Steven's obituary
Steven Stinson, born in Orlando on June 6th, 1990, passed away unexpectedly on January 26th, 2025, as a result of a single-vehicle motorcycle accident. Steven embraced life with an unwavering passion for adventure and a deep-seated devotion to his family and friends.
He built a successful career at Sunbelt Rentals, following in his father's footsteps, managing locations in Chattanooga and Orlando. Steven's appreciation for life was evident in his pursuits. He found comfort and joy on the open road, his motorcycle a symbol of his free spirit. He found meaning in the beauty of the outdoors, finding peace and rejuvenation in all of God’s creations. Above all, he treasured the companionship of his friends and the loyalty of his beloved dog, Harley. Steven was a pillar of support, a loyal presence in the lives of those he held dear, always eager to lend a helping hand.
Steven was preceded in death by his father, Robert Scott Stinson Sr.; his mother, Debra Sue Jones Stinson; and his brother, Robert “Scotty” Stinson Jr. He leaves behind a legacy of love and friendship, survived by extended family and a tightly knit circle of friends who formed the chosen family he so deeply valued.
Following his wishes, Steven was cremated, and his remains now rest alongside his family at Woodlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park in Gotha, Florida, just outside of Orlando.
