Steven was a unique soul, fondly recognized for his "American bad boy" nature. His colorful palate adored junk food and he savored the tart kick of grape juice vodka. Steven enjoyed absorbing himself in the thrilling escapades of the Supernatural series, and cherished motorcycle rides alongside his beloved wife. His life was punctuated with adventurous exploits that were often shared with his brother, Scott, with whom he enjoyed a deep and endearing bond.

His life was rich in lessons, including having the strength to "batten down when the storm comes" and the unwavering determination to "never leave". He firmly believed that resilience in the face of adversity was the key to success.

Steven was a loyal servant of the public, dedicating ten years of service to the Washington State Patrol. His commitment to the force was one of his most significant achievements, demonstrating his fortitude and dedication.

He is survived by his devoted wife and better half of 18 years, Dillon Powers, his brother and best friend Scott, his loving sister Gwen, and his father Rogerars Dillon residing in Florida. Steven was a beacon of love and strength, whose life left a lasting impact on those who knew him.
