Steven Russell, 74, of Blue Ridge, TX, passed away on September 15, 2022 after a long and hard battle with COPD and COVID.
Steven was born on May 29 , 1948 to William Russell and Clarissa Russell in Oak Cliff Texas. After graduating from South Oak Cliff High in May 1966 , he landed his first job as a type writer repairman for his father for many yrs . In 1965, he met Mary Russell, …
