October 23, 1953 - July 12, 2024

Steve Robert Owens of Tom's River, NJ passed the morning of July 12th 2024 at age 70. Steve is survived by his two daughters, Crystal Owens and Kayla Hanley, son-in-law Paul Hanley. Steve is pre-deceased by his Father, Robert James Owens. Steve was born in Newark, New Jersey and was raised in Belleville, New Jersey. Steve served honorably in the United States Navy. He was a skilled electrical engineer both in the navy and in trade. He enjoyed building computers in his spare time. He loved nature and music. He was an evangelist for Christ. Steve was a loving father and friend to all. He will be missed by his family and lifelong friends.
