Hard to imagine a world without you my friend. Birthday thoughts and wishes to you Steve. Keep cheering the Gators from up above.
Steve, this would have been your 70th birthday. I remember when you turned 27 and I was 24! My god how time goes by so quickly. I think of you often with much love. Bill

Our meeting up in New York and having a good time.

Steven knew how to make you laugh.

Happy birthday in heaven my friend

I cannot believe it has been an entire year ago that Steve passed away. He was truly loved and is hugely missed. My memories of Steve began over 40 years ago and I still remember them fondly. He was a great guy, a good man, and a dear friend. Love.

Steven was a close friend who I could call anytime for support.

We spoke when we needed one another..

Loved by many especially Kevin and Lola.

Still think of him often .

Rest in peace dear friend.

Killam Family,

My sincerest condolences. Death is an enemy to all of mankind. God promises that soon he will rid us of death. (1 Corinthians 15:26) Death is a difficult things to deal with but soon Jehovah will reverse the effects. John 5:28,29 God promises that the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.

“It's so much darker when a light goes out than it would have been if it had never shone.”

― John Steinbeck, The Winter of Our Discontent

Incredible friend, mentor, and human being. The world was a better place because of Steve. He was always kind, and also absolutely hysterical. So many great memories and laughs. I will miss him, as will all of us who were blessed to know him.
My sincere condolences Kevin and Steve’s family and friends. Steve was one of my close friends in high school. I was so grateful we got to reconnect though Facebook. Steve was a wonderful, kind, gentle and talented sole. May he rest in peace. Steve you will be forever remembered.
My deepest sympathy to Kevin, Family, and Friends!  Steve and I were the best of Friends for over 50 years.  We had so much fun together during our High School, and Jr. College years!  Always staying in touch after the College years!  We both ended up in the same Profession Retail!  He will be deeply missed by me and many other Friends!
I knew Steve for over 40 years, having met in 1981 while working for Hart Schaffner & Marx. He was such a bright star in my life and in most others, as well. Our communications weren't as frequent recently but we always exchanged Christmas cards every year and the occasional FB message. He was truly one of the best men I ever knew and I will miss him greatly. My sincerest condolences to Kevin and to both the Killam and Schaeffer families with love.

Steven was more than a friend to me he was our  baby brother to a group of friends who gathered in N.Y. for different occasions be it market weeks or just good old southern fun. We would all gather at Jerry and Steven W. west said apt. For lots of laughs . Steven always had some funny stories to tell  and we would giggle like young school girls. He was a true friend and will be missed from my life.

He treated people like family, and he was genuine as well as honest.

He was respected in the fashion world and was sought after by many companies.

I can truly say, he was loved

Our sincere and deepest sympathy to Kevin , Lola and Steven’s family

Steve had the biggest heart. Always found a positive in a negative..amazing  leader and friend to all.    We were lucky to have Steve  as a boss and blessed as a friend... we will miss you
I am so saddened to hear this. I worked with Steve for years at Aaron Brothers. He was one of the first District Managers I met as a new Buyer at the corporate office. He was certainly one of the best….always upbeat and looking out for the customer and his staff. I’ve enjoyed staying in touch with him over the years. What a great guy…so devoted to Kevin and of course the fur babies! Blessed to have known Steve but wow..gone way too soon!
