Obituary
Steve passed away peacefully in his home on Friday, June 18, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. Born to Joseph and Laura Garcia on August 7, 1947 in Oakland. He attended Pacific High in San Leandro graduating in 1965. Steve proudly served his country for 4 years as a U.S. Navy Seabee, spending a year overseas in Vietnam and was honorably discharged in 1971. On his birthday that same year he married his childhood friend …
