It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Steven Franco, a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, and friend. Born on March 26, 1966, Steve lived a fulfilling life, and sadly left us on June 17, 2023.
Steve is survived by his mother, Margaret Franco, his wife Connie Franco, whom he married in 2002, his daughter Ashlea Rock-Montalbano (Curtis Montalbano), his stepchildren, Taylor, Jessica, and Davis Kaufman. He is also survived …
