Grateful for Steve's life - he was a good brother-in-law and friend to me, always, always kind and encouraging. Until his health began to fail, he never missed calling us or sending us a card on our wedding anniversary. Rest well, Steve...you are loved.

Your last several years were tough. At the end, you were surrounded by those who loved you. Welcome to God's Kingdom.
Rembering....What a better place to meet a man but at church. Steve was walking home after church one Sunday and I offered to give him a ride. And so our friendship began.
Memories....the endless hours helping to organize and hear stories about all of Steve's sport collection. Steve was the happiest when he was surrounded by sports. The most memorable time I spent with Steve was our trip to Red Wing training camp where we got autographs of all the players. I was in awe meeting all the players and seeing the excitement in Steve's eyes is a look I'll never forget. Can't forget Air Supply, concerts in the park, enchiladas, home made soup, watching movies and eating popcorn till all hours into the morning, my first Tiger baseball game, but mostly going to church together and sharing our faith with the Lord.
I love you Steve. ❤
