Steve passed in his sleep on November 6, 2018. Born in Denver, CO May 31, 1962, Resident of Arvada, and later lived in McCook NE with his brother Mike. Steve was the youngest of eleven children. He was proceeded by parents Ome Edward and Mary Jean Cady, brothers Daniel and Dennis. He is survived by his brother Patrick E. of Napa Ca, Joseph C. of Henderson, CO and Michael A of McCook NE., and sisters Pauline E Cady of Meeker, Co., Theresa (Teri) Hackman of Salt Lake City, UT., Deborah (Debi) C McNeil of Eckert Co., Kim Hughes of Erie, CO and Kathleen L Cady of McCook NE, along with 24 loving nieces and nephews, 38 great nieces and nephews, 1 great great niece and 1 great great nephew.
Steve was a self taught handyman in many fields, his love of electrical, lead to his self engineered solar array on his home in McCook. It gained attention of the Gazette giving creditability to his talents. He was proud of the renovation of his and Mike's home. Steve gave a helping hand to many he met, and was a fair mechanic and shared his skills with many. Steve loved his music and guitar, enjoyed his band for many years in Arvada. He was a loving and caring soul, was always lending a helping hand. Steve was a gentle soul, and gave an olive branch of love and forgiveness when life took a hard turn towards him. He will be sorely missed.
