Thank you to all who attended the memorial service. Thank you to those who sent well wishes and stories to the family of fond memories with Steve. Steve is laid to rest in Forest Lawn at 4471 Lincoln Ave, Cypress, CA 90630. All are welcome to visit his resting place. The service was held at St. Joseph's Episcopal Church at 8300 Valley View St, Buena Park, CA 90620 with family and friends. It was a beautiful traditional service. The reception was held with wonderful italian foods, cakes, decorated with beautiful flowers, photos, and favors. Family and guests shared beautiful memories with Steve, the great impact he had positively changing lives, loving everyone around and bringing them into his care as if all were his family. Memories of the heart felt lessons taught, the space he filled for those who needed a father figure and friend. Memories of his stern guidance and gentle love & care. His courageous adventures of hunting, fishing, camping, motorcycling, boating and travels. His fierce love for his family and those he brought in as family. Some shared of his imperfections yet knowing they also came from a place of love. We hope to see Steve on the other side, in heaven, and imagine all his dear loved ones that passed before and greeted him as he passed over into a place of love.
