Steve's obituary
Steve served as a Tech Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force and the Civil Air Patrol.
Retired from Rush University Medical Center engineering in Chicago.
He holds a fine arts degree from Daley College, studied at the School of the Art Institute and the American Academy of Fine Arts.
He was a member of the Robert E. Culter jr. American Legion Post #1941
He loved building and flying model airplanes and going to the Air Shows.
He also loved spelunking (exploring caves) in southern Illinois and Missouri, he said: "To see what nature can do gives a person a real gratitude for life."
He is survived by his wife Diane (nee Dickey), his daughter Jessica, step-children: Barbara, Patsy, & John and his brother: Ramon (Gwendolyn†). Many nieces and nephews and adoring grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by: his son Stevie†, his brothers: Robert† (Betty†), Alfonso† (Rosemary), Lawrence† (Gertrude), Richard† (Susan), Joseph† (Jennie), George† (Mary) and his sister Marcella†.
His cremains will remain with his wife, Diane.
A memorial maybe held a year from whence he passed.
