What a lovely memorial service for Steven. You can be sure that he is safe in Jehovah's memory. Soon, you'll be welcoming him back again. Dear Sabina, I’m so glad I had the chance to meet you but in such an unfortunate way. I look forward to meeting Steve again when he will be the strong healthy man I see in all of his pictures. Thank you for allowing me to share in this Memorial and memorable service. His Memorial was so heartfelt and emotional I can see how much he was truly loved and cared for and will be missed. So very sorry for yet another heavy loss. While I know words cannot soothe your pain at this most difficult time, I also know that Jehovah is there for you in ways we cannot imagine. I only had the opportunity to meet Steve once, 10+ years ago. But we know Rashad and Brandy well enough to know his fine qualities through them. Will see you soon enough, brother. Have Cathy’s grandmother’s funeral too or else we’d be there with you in person, but you guys are in our hearts and prayers.

Kenny & I will never forget the love and hospitality shown by both of you … Steve made sure we were safe , comfortable and taken care of . It was a Short visit but lasting memory. He took care of us like a father . Can’t wait to spend more time with Steve & Sabina in paradise . Deeply sorry of the passing of Steve .

My wife and I had the privilege of getting to know brother Steve. I didn't get to finally meet him until after my heart transplant, while he was waiting for his heart to come, but when I did he was an awesome person. Even as weak as I was, I tried to walk to his room to have a conversation with him, especially to give him courage, because he told me that he was afraid of not waking up. I told him to have faith that Jehovah will be with him and when he wakes up, I'll be there to tell him, "Let's go grilling!". We promised to each other, when we get out, to see who's a better cook at the grill. So to brother Jones, until I get too see you in paradise, I'll have the the grill ready for the both of us. We will miss you from the bottom of our hearts brother Jones. Until we meet again soon.
