Sterlin Lawrence “Shorty” Johnson, 82, of Shreveport, LA, was born on December 29, 1939 in Portales, NM, and finished his race and entered into the promise of his Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 9, 2022. He was welcomed into heaven by his father, George W. Johnson and mother, Alma Opal Johnson, wife of 44 years, Alta Gay Johnson, wife of 15 years, Edwardine Johnson, and 10 brothers and sisters.
